Having started his career in Software Venture International, a pioneer in the IT and outsourcing industries from the early 1990, and transitioning to strategic and operations leadership roles within TDG for the past 25 years, Carlo leverages his depth of knowledge and experience in the areas of technology, finance, business operations, people management and strategy.   

His current role focuses on change management and digital transformation of the diverse businesses of TDG, spanning the industries of Shipping and Logistics, Ship Management, Travel Services, Renewable Energy, as well as IT and BPO services.

He graduated with a degree in BS Physics, major in Computer Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University, completed his Master in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, graduating with Distinction, and participated in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management’s IDEAS Asia-Pacific 2nd Cohort.
