Jared Remulta is a Chief Technology Officer with nearly two decades of experience spanning software engineering, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and business strategy across global and multi-industry environments.
He currently serves as CTO at PROLOOK, a custom team sportswear company with over 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-quality athletic uniforms, where he has held the CTO role for the past four years. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Engineering and Technology. Guided by its vision of instilling confidence and excitement in athletes and coaches, and its core mantra “Built Better,” PROLOOK has established itself as a trusted brand in the custom team sports apparel space. In this context, Jared leads the company’s technology strategy—driving digitalization, building platforms, and enabling new ways to create value for customers while ensuring operational scale and efficiency.
Jared began his career as a .NET software engineer at Navitaire in 2008, previously part of Accenture, a Fortune 500 global professional services company. There, he developed deep exposure in missioncritical airline reservation systems and built a strong foundation in large-scale software engineering. He progressed through senior engineering and architecture roles, contributing to modernization initiatives, internal platforms, and developer enablement programs that delivered sustained operational value.
He later joined Microchip Technology Inc. in 2014, where he established and scaled the Asia Regional Manufacturing IT Software Engineering Hub. In this role, he led distributed engineering teams supporting global manufacturing operations across the US and Asia, while gaining extensive experience in enterprise technology integration—particularly through mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure, Microchip pursued an aggressive inorganic growth strategy, and he played a role in enabling post-acquisition integration and IT operations alignment across multiple entities.
In 2019, he moved into executive leadership within Transnational Diversified Group, a global shipping and logistics conglomerate. As Deputy President of the Information and Communication Technology Division, he oversaw a diversified technology portfolio spanning fintech, e-commerce, connectivity, and business process outsourcing. He concurrently served as Vice President of Operations for Transnational E-Business Solutions Inc. (TESI), the group’s low-code software and digital solutions arm, and as General Manager of its e-commerce enablement business, with responsibility in strategy, execution, partnerships, and P&L.
Jared believes that execution excellence and speed as a competitive advantage are direct outcomes of organizational and strategic alignment. He brings a pragmatic approach to transformation—balancing innovation with operational discipline to deliver scalable and sustainable results, particularly in organizations where technology is evolving from a support function into a core driver of business value.
A strong advocate of continuous learning, Jared has attended advanced executive education programs across Ateneo de Manila University, the Asian Institute of Management, and the University of Western Australia, and is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore. This continued pursuit of learning has broadened his perspective on enterprise technology leadership and global business operations, complementing his hands-on experience in building and scaling organizations.
